All RufioExpress shipments are door to door: no pick-up points or parcel lockers, neither for the sender nor for the recipient. The courier collects the parcel from the sender’s address and delivers it to the recipient’s address.
Collection
After payment, upload a photo of each closed parcel from the order page. Then we arrange the collection with the courier. Keep the parcel closed, packed and ready at the sender’s address, and keep your phone on: the courier may call to find you.
The label
We send you the courier’s label by email. Depending on the courier, you either print it and stick it on the parcel or the courier brings it: the email includes the instructions for your shipment.
Delivery
The courier delivers to the recipient’s address and uses their phone number to notify or find them. If the recipient isn’t in, the courier follows its own rules for another attempt. Every step appears on the order page (track your parcel).
Why door to door
The sender doesn’t have to take the parcel anywhere and the recipient finds it at home. The price is fixed per parcel and includes collection and delivery (prices). Book your shipment.
