| Before departure | |
| Awaiting payment | The order is registered: pay for it from its page. |
| Paid, being prepared | We book the shipment with the carrier. |

| Shipped | The parcel is on its way: the tracking number is on the order page. |
| Delivered | The parcel has arrived. |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled: if you had paid, you get a refund. |
